In 2014 the Canary Island Palm Company was engaged by Buxton Constructions on behalf of Magnus Floden to supply and install 4 mature Canary Island Date Palms with trunk heights varying between 4 to 7 metres  for the Sandy hills Apartment project in Sandringham.

The Sandy Hill Apartment complex has a spectacular front entrance enhanced by the use of a pair of beautiful Canary Island Date Palms.
